Neue kopfdichtung

Heyho
Ich hatte ne längere pause und mein g290 gibs so nicht mehr im baja. Jetzt fahre ich grad den orginalen fulie motor und da is mir die kopfdichtung weggeflogen. Jetzt wollt ich ma hier nach paar tips fragen. Was ich noch weiss ist, Holymar aber wie auftragen und ich hab schonmal ne kupferdichtung 0,5mm bestellt. Was ich wissen müsst wo wie holymar aufzutragen ist und eventuelles drehmoment der kopfschrauben und was sonst noch zu beachten ist.
